The short version
Global Markets has no sign-up form. There is no email, name or password. Your account is a wallet address, and what we store is the trading record attached to it.
What we store
- Your wallet address, lower-cased, and the platform balance attached to it.
- Deposit transaction hashes and amounts, so a deposit can never be credited twice.
- Every position and option contract you open: market, side, size, prices, timestamps and result.
- Withdrawal requests, the address they were paid to and the payout transaction hash.
All of this is already public on Robinhood Chain in one form or another. We keep a copy in our database so the platform can settle your trades.
What we do not store
We do not store private keys, seed phrases or signatures. We do not run analytics scripts or advertising pixels on the trading screens. Your choice of wallet is remembered in your own browser storage, not on our servers, so the same wallet reconnects silently next time.
Third parties
Prices are fetched from Yahoo Finance by our servers, not by your browser, so Yahoo does not see you. Charts are embedded from TradingView, which loads in your browser under TradingView's own privacy policy. Deposits and withdrawals are transactions on Robinhood Chain, which is public. Our database is hosted on Supabase.
Server logs
Like any web service our hosting provider records request logs including IP addresses. They are used for security and debugging and rotate automatically.
Retention
Trading records are kept for as long as the platform operates, because they are the ledger that determines what you can withdraw. If you want a wallet's record removed after all balances are withdrawn, contact us through the support channel in the footer.
Changes
If this policy changes, the effective date above changes with it.
